synopsis
Isabella, Cecilia, and Rafael spend autumn in a village by Lake Maggiore. In their holiday apartment, the trio creates a parallel world, which little reflects their surroundings. As their fascination with crime films intensifies and the pressures of the outside world begin to weigh in on them, they kidnap an American tourist in order to give their lives a purpose.
